| For China, both Lotus drivers have the new exhausts introduced on Raikkonen's car only at the last round in Malaysia. Compared with the old layout, the exhaust ram is shorter, with a very similar shape to the Red Bull's. More distance between the rear tyres and the low exhaust opening means a wider channel around the cola-bottle section to better direct airflow to the side sections of the rear diffuser, as Red Bull did with their RB8 in Korea last year.
